Peace Pals are our most requested item.  Knitting4Peace is offering a series of Make-a-Longs for people who love making them and would enjoy knitting or crocheting them along with like-minded crafters.  Gather your yarn and needles or hooks and join us!  In the first Make-a-Long, we will be knitting a basic Pal.  In future sessions, we will be adding details that give the dolls individual personalities, focusing on faces and adding details to sweaters.  Later we will branch out to making different skirts, hats, hair styles, slouchy sweaters, and hijabs. Start your doll during the session, finish it on your own then show it off at the next session!  For some of the dolls, you may have “homework” -- start a doll and work until a certain point that would be covered in the next session.
